"'HomeSung' tells a story about the call for home and finding home within.

As a child, I grew up in three countries, and as an adult, I have made homes in four. The call for home and the search for what it means to be a part of many places have always been a deep song within me. There is a little piece of my heart in many places, and many places in my heart.

Each swan is connected to another, symbolising the connections I hold with those I love. Even when on the other side of the world, I feel the pull and connection of those I carry in my heart. I experimented with using negative space to create parts of the swans, contrasting the seen and the unseen.

Within the bodies of the swans, the flow of the inks created small organic forms, like tiny micro portraits of nature within the whole.
